The Hobson
Kokomo, Indiana
2018
Originally built in 1894 in Kokomo, Indiana as the city’s first city hall and fire station, this project consisted of a complete overhaul that required completely demolishing the interiors due to a lackluster remodel from the 1990’s. What we ended up with was all new partition walls, bathrooms, tile, flooring, wainscoting, and all new custom furniture made in the United States. A final special touch was also incorporating a wallpaper William Morris designed in 1894, the year of the original building construction.
